Available Positions
Lawn Maintenance Crew Member
Our maintenance crew members perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general property cleanup for residential and commercial clients. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently
- Performing basic lawn and garden maintenance
- Loading and unloading equipment daily
- Maintaining clean, organized work areas and vehicles
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior landscaping or lawn maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors for extended periods
Hardscape Installer
Hardscape installers assist with building patios, retaining walls, walkways, and stone features. We’re looking for individuals who are physically fit, enjoy hands-on construction work, and pay attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and leveling sites for stone or paver installation
- Cutting, setting, and aligning materials accurately
- Following project layouts and blueprints
- Assisting in the operation of compact equipment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with hardscape or masonry work
- Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain job-site safety
Equipment Operator
Equipment operators manage machinery used for grading, excavation, brush hogging, and snow removal. Candidates should have experience operating skid steers, tractors, or similar equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Assisting with loading, hauling, and site preparation
- Performing basic equipment inspections and maintenance
- Supporting crews with landscape and hardscape installations
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in excavation or property maintenance
- CDL or valid driver’s license preferred
- Commitment to safety and communication on the job site
Snow Removal Crew (Winter Season)
Our snow removal crews are on call 24/7 during the winter months to clear driveways, parking lots, and walkways. This seasonal position offers reliable work opportunities during the colder months.
Responsibilities include:
- Snow plowing and shoveling for residential and commercial clients
- Applying salt or ice melt as needed
- Responding promptly to service calls in all weather conditions
Preferred qualifications:
- Snow plowing or landscaping experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours during snow events
